The model who is currently in Asia for the amfAR charity event in HongKong had the chance to hand out with singer Paris Hilton and DJ Fat Tony.
But as the trio posed for a photograph, the mother of one could be seen holding on to the male companion's penis.
Hilton posted the picture on March 15 captioning: "#Killingit in Hong Kong with my #SexyCrew @KateMoss & @DJ_FatTonyNY_"
The trio was later joined by Kate's very good friend, Naomi Campbell and photographer, David Tang.
Paris later posted another photo of the gang after the event on March 15 and wrote below:
"Love my beautiful friends❤️Had such an amazing time in Hong Kong with @iamNaomiCampbell #KateMoss @JoshWood2 & @FranCutler to be here together & support #amfARHongKong"
