Dr. Dre sells his Hollywood Hills home for $32.million.


Almost nine months after he splurged $40million on Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s fortress home in Brentwood, Dr.Dre has sold his other Los Angeles property.

The rapper and producer is raking in a cool $32.5million for his extravagant Hollywood Hills home. And the new owners will be in good company, with stars such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Keanu Reeves living close by, and Jennifer Aniston a former resident of the neighborhood.




And while the 49-year-old is getting $2.5million less than his asking price, he is still making quite the profit. Dr.Dre, is said to have purchased the property in 2011 for $15.4million, nearly twice what he has sold it for.
The home, which sits on 10,000 square feet of land, boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a wine cellar, a library and media room and a den.
It also features an infinity pool with a breath-taking panorama of Los Angeles’Sunset Strip.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency described it as having 'the best view estate
 in the city.' Dre splashed out on Gisele and Tom’s mansion just days after selling his company Beats to Apple for an eye-watering $3billion.



The star apparently paid $10million lessthan the asking price when he purchased the couple’s home.
It is claimed that Gisele and Tom forked out $40million over the space of four years to build their dream  house, a 14,000-square-foot property with six bedrooms, a state-of-the-art gym, library, infinity pool and even a moat and waterfall.



The couple have relocated to Boston, where they are constructing another mansion – this time a 14,300 square-foot house on five acres of land. Gisele and Tom have additionally splashed out on a $14million New York City apartment.
